This is a translation of our Spanish privacy notice (aviso de privacidad). If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

Easy Lead Us®, operating in Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. For anything related to your data, email alejandro@easyleadus.com.

What data we collect

Through this site's form: name, work email, company, website or domain, job title, and information about your sales team and the tools you use. We don't collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes: to answer your request; to run your pre-audit, which includes looking up your domain's public DNS records; and to send you a proposal or quote.

Additional purposes: to send you information about our services. If you don't want it, email alejandro@easyleadus.com. Saying no doesn't affect your request.

Tools on this site

This site may use tools that identify site visits at the company level, such as Apollo.io's website visitor tracker. You can block them in your browser settings. The “Check your domain” tool looks up public DNS records through Google and Cloudflare services; we don't store what you type.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that process it on our behalf: Netlify (site hosting and forms) and Apollo.io (contact management). We don't sell your data or share it with any other third party.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, and withdraw your consent. Email alejandro@easyleadus.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and how we can reply. We answer within the time limits set by Mexican law.
